Banned: "Kelnano"

The former Silver Hander, a draenei by name "Kelnano" is banned from the premises for assault on protector Webber and causing severe injuries to a number of high-ranked guardsmen, among them the commander of the City Guard. The draenei spots white hair, a lighter, blue skin tone and is often seen in robes. She holds a distinct air of arrogance.

The draenei is still active in Stormwind City and this banishment is still valid.

She has since assaulted citizen - showing herself hostile to the citizen as a whole.

Her appearance has changed - she wears a charred armor, which had the original color purple, fashioned in the Judgement armor-style -- this is the same style worn by Brother Eccerion Lucien. Her body is covered with scarring from burns, and her horns are cut off.
