    Name of character:
    "Ashtongue". Possibly goes under the name "Robert Bradford"

    Visual description:
    Human male. Neat appearance, clad in fine civilian clothing, black hair, seen tied in a tail, frequently smokes a cigar.


    Reason for banishment:
    Expressed hatred towards and a desire to harm Anano Varr over an extended time period.

    Status:
    Valid.

    I have been informed that the man known as Ashtongue once more has returned to the city.
    This man is still very much banished from the Cathedral ground and he is not to be let in the premises. He must also be kept at a clear distance from miss Anano Varr.
